Deliveries will normally be made within 21 days. You will be advised of any delay.By submitting your order to us you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers / postal services). We will not use your details for any other purpose other than company records and any possible mailing we may wish to send you. We will not pass your details on to any third parties. You may ask us to remove your details from our system by e-mailing us at the above address.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card (or by cheque if ordered within the U.K.) We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that payment has been received in full. If you find that you have made a mistake with your order please contact info@pennylanesigns.co.uk as soon as possible. Damaged or defective goods:- All signs and goods are quality controlled prior to posting and are dispatched free of damage. You should check the goods yourself for any damage on delivery and in the unlikely event of you finding any damage or are unhappy with your goods, please e-mail us within 24 hours and return the goods to us.
